1. Upload Content

After registering, you will gain access to Exhibify's content manager, where you can upload information about your artists and artworks for the fair/exhibition. Everything is managed through ITGallery, making content uploading much easier.

As soon as you log in, the fair/exhibition you created will already appear. You just need to add the artworks. To do this, go to the "Artworks" tab and add the pieces that will be part of the fair/exhibition. You can do this in two ways:

  1. If you already have the artworks created (because you created them through the “Artworks” menu or already have inventory uploaded), you just need to search for them by name, artist, or inventory ID and click “Add selected”.
  2. If you don’t have the artworks created, click “Create new” and a form will open for you to fill in the artwork information.

You can add as many artworks as you like.

2. Editing “My Profile” on Exhibify.net

In addition to uploading your exhibition information, we recommend reviewing your gallery details, as this is the information that will appear on your gallery profile on Exhibify. The most common sections to check are:

You can upload it by navigating to “My Gallery → Settings → Gallery Info → Featured Image.” We recommend uploading an image with a 4:3 ratio and a maximum size of 5 MB.

Remember to click “Save Info” to apply the changes.

3. What Happens If I Sell an artwork?

When a buyer wants to purchase an artwork, you will receive an email notification informing you of the sale and providing the buyer’s contact details. With this information, you must get in touch with the buyer to agree on the shipping terms and send them the final invoice, as the gallery is responsible for invoicing the buyer. Exhibify acts solely as an intermediary.
